Norm Frates, Jr. leads Mascoma Bank's mortgage efforts in the Woodstock, Vermont, area with nearly a quarter-century of experience in mortgage banking, along with a deep commitment to the local community.

A Woodstock native, Norm and his wife, Dail, are both well-known members of the Woodstock community who raised their five kids in town. Norm is a longtime member of the Woodstock Rotary Club and has received the Paul Harris award for community service. He has been an active supporter of the Woodstock Recreation Center and Woodstock Ski Runners, and Norm founded Zack’s Place, an enrichment center for people with special needs.
